The Spring Cafe & Shop

Our community cafe and shop on Barnsley Road, next to the Post Office. Coffee shop and cafe has a choice of fresh home-cooked meals available daily. The shop sells quality second-hand clothes and bricabrac. The Spring is at the heart of our service to the community and provides value goods and affordable wholesome food, as well as being a wonderful place to meet and make new friends.

Opening hours 10.00am-2.00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

There are many volunteer opportunities. If you would like to help, please contact us. The Spring also has a ministry to those with special needs, who make a significant contribution to the social and working life of The Spring.

Do you know you can hire The Spring ?
From September you will be able to apply to hire the Spring for use on an Evening. Perhaps you are a local Keep Fit Groups looking for somewhere new, or perhaps a new group wanting to set up. We offer very competitive rates, including the use of utilities and will be able to offer a fully equipped kitchen for self catered social events etc.
